Before you return the product, we would like to suggest that you explain the problem to us in a few words. We may have a simple solution for you and instead of a return, you can fix the problem yourself or make a simple replacement. This may save time, resources and is in for sustainability!

We always try to find an alternative solution to avoid returns. These are not only a loss for us, as each operation entails significant processing costs, but also a burden on the environment due to the environmental pollution of transport vehicles.

Please note that we generally cannot take back used faucets/taps/mixers. Due to their condition (products in contact with potable water), used products are considered contaminated and cannot be put back as new product.  Therefore, we will reject products that have been connected and used, even if only for short time or for a test!

When a product is out of stock, it is usually put back into production. Please check the product page. If an approximate date is not given, please contact us for more information.
