Delivery, Shipment and Returns
We charge 18 or 25 € shipping costs, which include the cost of shipping and transport insurance. Your package will be sent to your address or, if desired, to a DHL/DPD/FedEx packing station.
- Delivery times are indicated for the respective products. Goods offered in the online shop are usually in stock and will be delivered within the deadline stated on the product detail page.
- If the delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be reimbursed to you minus the costs incurred.
- If the ordered product is permanently unavailable, Viziocucina will refrain from a declaration of acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case. If we only determine the permanent unavailability later, for example because we can no longer produce this product, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, reimburse you for any consideration already provided.
- If there are unexpected delivery delays in the course of your order, we will inform you immediately. If the delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case Viziocucina is also entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments you have already made will be reimbursed immediately.
- Viziocucina assumes no liability for delays in transport.
DELIVERY COST AND OPTIONS
Delivery cost may vary depending on your location. Usually we have a unique fix cost for all Europe. All other countries have separate cost which will be indicated separately at the end of your order process.
We did not include Postal shipment since it is not a safe way to ship and no tracking is possible. We would not have any guarantee that goods are definitively and really delivered to customer, so that is the reason why no postal or economy shipment is offered.
We cannot deliver to P.O. BOX address. Since we use tracking mode, we always need a person and physical location.
Shipments are effected from MONDAY to FRIDAY except on bank holidays or national holidays.
Shipment is always effected by express courier.
We always need a reachable phone number for the delivery.
It may be requested to sign the receipt of goods upon arrival.
it is allowed to have someone else signing upon receipt of goods, if that person is present at the given address and is older then 18years age.
If nobody is available at delivery and the driver of express courier could not reach anyone at the give phone number, there will be left a written advice asking you to contact the express courier back to agree a new delivery date.
CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDER
If you need or want to cancel your order you already effected, you simply can write an e-mail informing us about your order details and intended cancellation at: [email protected]
Has an order already been shipped it might be not possible to stop the delivery. In this case you must refuse the delivery and not accept the product indicating the reason (cancellation) on a form that will be handed to you by the courier. Once the product has arrived back to our warehouse we will reimburse your paid amount detracting only the delivery cost which unfortunately is lost.
In case we could stop the delivery in time, we will send you a acceptance confirmation and a reimbursement of your paid money. You will be always able to see your purchase and cancellation history in your customer account.
Please read carefully our section "RIGHT OF RECESSION FROM ORDER" and "RIGHT OF CHANGE OF ORDER" for supplementary and more detailed information.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform VIZIO GmbH of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail to the following addresses using the withdrawal form attached here: [email protected] and a copy to [email protected] .
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we request that you return the product you have purchased in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.

As soon as the product has been checked by us for completeness and any damage, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the product was demonstrably picked up from you is.
The repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
In any case, you bear the costs of the delivery shipment.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
- of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which have been clearly produced to the personal needs of the consumer,
- of goods that have been used or the original packaging is missing.
(3) Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit, in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

NEVER SEND TO OUR COMPANY ADDRESS AS THERE IS NO ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS!
PACKAGES SENT TO OUR COMPANY ADDRESS MAY BE PROCESSED VERY LATE.
(1) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact us as soon as possible (e.g. by email to [email protected] or via the contact form in Your personal customer area). Thus we can assert claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
(2) Failure to make a complaint or contact us means that transport damage cannot be accepted. We ask you to contact us anyway to find a solution.
